 Cyndi Mims establised Colony Mortgage after 21 years of real estate experience in 2005. She has been involved not only in financing real estate, but has extensive experience with selling real estate and subdivision developments. Her knowledge within the field has lead to many successful transactions. She looks out for her clients and always puts their needs above anything else. Her success within the mortgage field has brought her recognition within the local community.
Cyndi is a member of the Chamber of Commerce here in Atascadero, CA, and participates in local acitivies. She recently received the Beautification Award for Colony Mortgage from the city of Atascadero. She has lived here for over 20 years, and resides with her husband Terry and daughter Karlee.
 Jackie Lerno has lived in Atascadero since 1976. She was born and raised in Templeton, CA. Mrs. Lerno has over 34 years of experience in mortgages, and escrow, specializing in residential sales, exchanges, bulk sales, liquor license transfers and mobile homes. She retired from Escrow in 1997 where she was branch manager of Chicago Title Company in Atascadero. She then worked at The Mortgage House in Atascadero as a loan officer, and has been in the mortgage industry for over ten years.
She is a past President of the Rotary Club of Atascadero, and has been a director of the Atascadero Mutual Water Company since 1995, presiding as President and Vice President of this organization. Jackie received the Citizen of the Year Award in 1995 from the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce which she is also currently a member. She also volunteers for the Atascadero Loaves and Fishes, which provides food for the hungry. She just recently, in July of 2007 received the recognition award for "Rotarian of the Year".
It is clear she looks out for the community and this type of dedication is also seen in her work. She works diligently to provide the best service she can for her clientele.
